Mental Health Awareness, Empathy,& Acceptance

Mental health in America is a topic quite overdue for discussion. In the property management & customer service industries, we interact with different people everyday, & unlike a physical disability, it is impossible to see the state of a person’s mental health. Heather travels & speaks with her trained PTSD service dog, MoonMoon - an experience that has made her acutely aware of how people interact with those who have “invisible illnesses,” or mental health complications. Being aware & accepting of mental health needs is a huge passion point for Heather, & she would love to share her experiences with your audience.
