Today's maintenance memo was told to me by my friend, Joe the Pool Guy. With the unusually hot weather in the Pacific Northwest this week, our community pools are getting quite the workout. Please go take a walk by your pool today and breathe deep. If you're smelling that very concentrated chlorinated smell, that's not a good sign. Check your PH, because that "pool smell" means that your chemicals are having to work overtime to keep the water clean. Contaminated pool water has been responsible for the spread of many summer illnesses and is something that we can be held responsible for.
Keep up the awesome job that you maintenance teams do! Leasing staffs can't function without your hard work!
